Aperitivos japoneses.- (Onigiri)
Ingredientes:
2 vasos de arroz de grano redondo
2 vasos de agua
1 cucharadita de sal
1 cucharadita de azúcar
2 cucharadas de vinagre de arroz
2 láminas de alga Nori Relleno (puedes rellenarlo a tu gusto) Aquí os pongo algunos ejemplos:
-Salmón ahumado
-Atún-Verduras
-Pavo
-Salchichas
-Queso
Preparación:
1. Lava el arroz con agua en un colador hasta que ésta salga clara (así le quitamos el almidón).
2. Poner el agua y el arroz en un cazo. Hervir hasta quedarnos sin agua, si acaso el arroz aun esta crudo, poner mas agua y dejar hervir hasta que este cocido.
3. Una vez apagado el fuego, deja reposar unos 10 minutos. Durante todo el proceso de cocción y reposo del arroz, preferiblemente
la tapa no deberá ser retirada.
4. Una vez pasados los 10 minutos, retira la tapa y dejalo reposar de 5 a 10 minutos más.
5. Mientras tanto, poner a calentar la sal, el azúcar y el vinagre de arroz, mezclar todo hasta que quede se disuelva. 6. Una vez cocido el arroz, colocalo en un cuenco. Acto seguido rociálo con el sirope recién preparado. Mezclar poco a poco hasta que el arroz quede bien empapado de él. Importante, no poner sirope de mas, si no luego no se podrá trabajar con el arroz.
7. Una vez acabada la preparación del arroz, se deja tapado con un trapo húmedo para que no se reseque hasta que se enfríe.8. Para añadir el relleno, se pone una cucharada de arroz sobre una mano untada con un poco de aceite y espolvoreada con un poquito de sal. Se pone el relleno en el centro de éste. A continuación, tendrás que acabar de formar la bola cubriendo por completo el relleno con mas arroz. 9. Por último, se le da forma triangular (con las esquinas redondeadas).Es preciso presionar a conciencia la bola para que se quede bien compacta.
10. Una vez hecho esto, coloca una pequeña lámina de nori debajo Y ya tenemos listo nuestro Onigiri!

Recomendaciones anime 2.-
Ao no exorcist.-
El mundo de Ao no Exorcist está compuesto de 2 dimensiones unidas en una , como un espejo. El primer mundo es el de los humanos, Assiah, el segundo el de los demonios, Gehenna. Por norma, los viajes y contactos entre los 2 mundos son imposibles, pero los demonios pueden ir al mundo humano y poseer todo lo que lo compone. Satanás, el dios de los demonios, quiere entrar al mundo humano, sin embargo es incapaz de hacerlo puesto que no tiene un cuerpo lo suficientemente resistente como para mantenerse en este mundo, de esa manera engendró a Rin Okumura hijo suyo con una mujer humana, pero resulta que no todo le sale como quiere, puesto que Rin rechaza seguir los planes de su padre. Después de un intento por llevarse a Rin al mundo de los demonios y de matar a su protector, el padre Fujimoto, el hijo de Satan decide convertirse en un exorcista para así matar a su propio padre.
